CLASSES

We teach classes for all ages and backgrounds. Utilizing improvisational acting techniques and the " Yes And.." theory, Power2improv teaches a "hands-on" approach that embraces creativity, risk taking, and team work.  Our teachers help you to develop your spontaneity and storytelling skills You will gain the ablity to think fast on your feet and generate out of the box thinking.  Our classes are 8 weeks of training ending wiht a student showcase. THE FUNDAMENTALS OF IMPROV

Whether you are new to Improv or have some previous experience, this class is about having fun while  learning some of the essential skills of improv including:  agreement and support, getting over shyness and being in the moment. 

At the end of the eight-week training class the students will participate in a showcase with a live audance and be able to demonstrate skills learned such as quick thinking, ad-libbing, pantomime,etc. 

This is a fast paced class, with new skills taught each week. Fun, laughter,excitement and discovery awaits you in this class.

PUPPET LAB

At the end of the Hands-on-based workshop for adults and kids ages 12 and up. Participants will learn the fundamentals of puppetry from a master puppeteer. 

The workshop will focus on the desing and building of the puppet. Students will be guidided through the puppet- creation process step by step then focus's on techniques that can express an enormous range of character and emotion without ever blinking an eye. This is where student learn to bring thier puppet to life and stand on thier own as a full character.


Prices will vary depending on the size and style of the puppet the class will build.
