IMAGINATION AND CREATIVITY BROUGHT TO LIFE

The primary mission of The Monster Company is to provide puppetry experiences of highly artistic quality to audiences of all ages, ethnically/culturally diverse populations. We feel it is important that everyone have an opportunity to experience the art of puppetry and interact with it. We offer original shows, classes and workshop to deepen the experience and share knowledge of the craft.
The Monster company has preformed in festivals, conventions and theme parks bringing laughter, joy and interactive play to an array of audiences. 

SHOWS

In 2019 the Monster Company presented " Monster Island " a full length original interactive show where the audiences went on a journey with the Monsters to discover the endless power of friendship and possibilities. This award-winning show was met with outstanding reviews like from the Orlando Sentinel “Monster Island is a perfect blend of Ave Q the musical and the Muppets”. The show was presented at the 2019 Fringe Festival. Even the Monster Island show sign was acknowledged by fellow shows, performance, and fans as “best of the Fest”.


Other show presented by the Monster Company, Monster Lab and Monster camp.

The concept, design and monster puppets where brought life by master puppetry Matt Gervia. The monster company has grown to 8 professional puppeteers who share the fun, love and joy of what The Monster bring to their audiences.


Monster streetmosphere –

Streetmosphere is a mobile interactive experience where the monster entertains an audience as they roam around a given area. The Monster Company partnered with the theme park Fun Spot America to preform several streetmosphere shows with their guests. This is a very unique experience for the guests, not only as a meet and greet and interaction of the characters but fun photo opportunities.


CLASSES AND  WORKSHOPS

hands-on-based workshops or adults and kids ages 12 and up.  This workshop will focus on designing and building a muppet style puppet.  Participants are guiled throught the puppet-creation process step by step then focus's on techniques that can express an enormous rage of character and emotion and life like movment. This workshop is one of a kinds with is formate and teechniques.   Prices for this workshop will very depenting on the style of puppet that will be build.
